Where do you ship to?
Worldwide. There are very few exceptions mainly because of conflicts not allowing delivery and regions our courier doesn't serve. I case you face difficulties at checkout just drop us a line at editions@manosch.net

What happens if an edition is sold out?
It’s gone never to come back. So hurry up!

How often do you add new images?
It varies, but we aim to do so 5-10 times a year at this stage.

Can I buy a print of any photo from your website?
We only offer what’s available at any given moment on the Manos.Ch Editions shop. New work is added regularly, so do subscribe our mailing list below.

Should you have spotted something  from Manos’ work that you’re fond off, please email us at editions@manosch.net and we’ll be happy to consider it for our next release.

When will my order be delivered?
Currently we guarantee arrival of your purchase between 5-15 days depending on where you’re based and what you’ve ordered (framed / unframed).

UK, Europe and US  have normally quite short delivery times of a few days. Please see your item’s info page.

I need my item sooner, can I pay for faster delivery?
We work with super-fast shipping services. Most buyers receive their packages a few days after ordering them. Please bear in mind that your print is made to order in most of the cases so leave 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
We try to keep shipping as affordable as possible without sacrificing safety, short delivery times and respect to the environment. This comes at a cost, part of which we cover ourselves especially on longer routes.
We’re reassessing  our shipping prices regularly, so if conditions allow it we might introduce free shipping down the line.

Does my package arrive with payment information or invoice?
No, we do not include an invoice with your order just the Manos.Ch Editions brand, so feel free to send it directly to someone as a present.

We'll also offer gift cards in the coming weeks, so if you’re unsure of what to choose for that special someone they might be the answer.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-made nature of most of the works, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. In case your purchase arrived damage, please follow the instructions here.

In case you ordered something accidentally, please email us IMMEDIATELY at editions@manosch.net . Once the order is printed we can’t cancel it.

My artwork arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take all precautions for this not to happen, but in rare occasions accidents occur. In such a case please follow instructions here.

What payment options are available?
We accept payment by debit or credit cards, Paypal, Apple pay, Google Pay and Shop.

Do I have to pay taxes and custom duties?
Here is how it works:


* Small Editions being shipped to the United States, the EU and the UK will not be charged at the border
* To the other countries of the world it depends on the value of the shipment. Over a certain value they will be charged the sales tax of that country. It’s  unfortunately impossible for us to be informed about all duties to be paid worldwide. Please ask your local post office / courier, or send us an email at editions@manosch.net  Maybe we’ll be able to help

I need an invoice for my order, where can I find this?
We’re happy to provide you with one. Please email us at editions@manosch.net  with your purchase number and email of registration . You can also use your purchase confirmation email as an invoice.

Do you print on your own?
No. Printing is a science and a full-time profession.
It requires high level of expertise, top quality equipment, papers and inks or chemicals and lots of time.
We work with some of the best labs and master printers to achieve consistently perfect prints and stay on top of logistics. Read more here

What are your frames made of?
The frames are made of natural oak, certified for responsible forest harvesting by the FSC®

Do you use acrylic or glass for your framed prints?
We only use glass and package it carefully. Acrylic tends to deteriorate with time and is easy to scratch while cleaning

Can I purchase a hi-res image to print on my own or at my lab?
Sorry, we can’t make digital files available.  If you’re interested in licensing one of the images for advertising or editorial purposes please get in touch at editions@manosch.net

Do you offer special conditions or a trade program for design professionals?
If you're a design professional or gallery operator interested in a selection of prints, do get in touch at editions@manosch.net

Do you offer custom sizing?
Our limited editions come only in the  sizes and print-runs mentioned as they’re numbered.  We’d consider alternative sizes for large prints only in connection with future editions so feel free to get in touch with suggestions out of Manos’ work.

Can I assign you to photograph for me?
Manos is a professional photographer working for a multitude of clients worldwide. See his work here www.manosch.net and email him at mail@manosch.net to discuss your project.

Will you sell or share my personal information?
We never will. Neither we’ll spam you with our newsletter.

Can I  visit your studio or have a workshop with you?

That’s unfortunately not possible at the moment as I'm on the road a lot and the London studio is a place for production only. There are thought of an open day in the future though.
